What the job includes
- On-site measure and sizing before anything is ordered
- Supply of the unit, or installation of one you have bought
- Core drilling, pipe run, drain and electrical connection
- Outdoor unit on brackets or a slab, level and clear of the fence line
- Vacuum tested, gas charged and commissioned
- Controller walk-through and warranty paperwork on the day
Is it right for you?
A good fit
- One or two rooms that need to be comfortable
- Bedrooms, living areas, home offices and granny flats
- Rentals and strata units where ducted is not an option
- Small shops, studios and consulting rooms
Not the right fit
- Whole-house comfort in a larger home, where ducted is the better answer
- Open-plan spaces with high ceilings, which usually want a larger unit or two
